I believe that great customer service and great design go hand in hand.
I'm passionate about customer service and strive to make sure all projects meet the highest standards.
My process begins with an in-depth discovery phase to ensure a clear understanding of each client's needs and objectives. From there, I develop an effective strategy in partnership with my clients to create the best possible solution. I enjoy working with my clients and it's important to me that the solution captures their vision and helps achieve their goals.
Qualifications and Experience
I have over 10 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder relationships. I completed a UX/UI Boot Camp through the University of Oregon and currently own and run Rebecca Rafferty Design LLC where I help small businesses with brand and web design.

Hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, trying new food, and drawing. I love spending time with my family, friends, and cat. Volunteering is also important to me and I have experience mentoring, creating after-school programs, and managing an English language program.
